Board of Directors
Jimmerson Shores is managed by a 9-person board of director elected by the members of the Cooperative. Currently, one director position is vacant.
A third of the board’s members are normally elected/re-elected each year at the annual meeting since members typically serve a 3-year term. Board members must also be members of the Cooperative.
At the first board meeting following election/re-election of board members; the board elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, etc. These individuals serve as the Cooperative’s officers until the next election of officers.
